Formation Du Dirigeant Et Performance Des PME Au Cameroun / Manager Training and Performance of SMEs in Cameroon
Yves Patrice Etogo Nyaga

Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyse the influence of manager training on the performance of SMEs in Cameroon. Statistical analysis and the multiple regression model are used. Through statistical analysis, the results show that the fact that a manager increases his level of training increases the probability for him to have a high performance index for his company. Indeed, there is an improvement in the proportion of SMEs that have a high performance index with the upward trend of each of the variables related to training. In addition, the positive and significant effect of the variables related to training on the performance of the SMEs is confirmed by the regression model.
